Watercress Dressing

Toss with cooked potatoes for an easy potato salad.

Makes about 3/4 cup

Ingredients:

1 clove garlic, mashed
1/2 cup Amazing Mayonnaise
2/3 cup chopped watercress leaves
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Rub the inside of a small bowl with garlic; discard garlic. Add
mayonnaise to the bowl along with watercress, lemon juice and pepper; stir to blend.

SERVING SIZE:  1 tablespoon
