Super Smoothie

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:

1 cup skim milk
1/2 frozen banana
1 tsp sugar
1 cup frozen strawberries

Mix all the ingredients in a blender until smooth.  Experiment by
adding a touch of vanilla, cinnamon, or other favorite flavors.
