Strawberry Banana Smoothie
Makes 2 servings
Ingredients:
1 cup low-fat (1%) milk
1 banana, sliced
2/3 cup strawberries, hulled
1/3 cup vanilla nonfat frozen yogurt
2 tsp sugar
In a blender, combine all ingredients;
puree until smooth.
Pour into a tall, chilled glass.
