Spicy Pumpkin Spread

She tells me this is a delicious spread that
tastes just like Pumpkin Pie! Can't wait to try it!
Makes 12 servings
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup apple juice
1 pkg vanilla instant pudding, sugar free (3.4 ounces)
1 can pumpkin (reg size)
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice (1/2 to 1 tsp)
In a mixing bowl, combine apple
juice, pumpkin and dry pudding mix.
Beat on low speed for 2 minutes. Stir in pumpkin pie spice. Let stand for
5 minutes. Serve on toast or English muffin. Store in refrigerator for up
to 3 days.
