Cheesy Meat Roll-Ups

Makes 12 servings

Ingredients:

Lean Deli meat, either ham, turkey or chicken breast, sliced thin not wafered
Fat Free Cheese, either slices or you may slice it thin
Broccoli--fresh or frozen (I prefer fresh)

Glass baking dish, take one slice of meat then take your broccoli & place
it on the meat & roll it up. Next place cheese on top of your meat roll-up.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or microwave for 10-15 minutes.


Note: when using frozen broccoli you need to add 5-10 minutes more
cooking time. This is an easy & light recipe for the summer time!

SERVING SIZE:  One Roll-Up

POINTS:  My WW leader said one roll-up would be 4-6 points,
depending on what type of meat & cheese was used.
